In order to establish a good supply-demand relationship, protect the common economic interests of both parties, better fulfill the obligations of the contract, and provide services to the demander, each demander must pay attention to the following matters when signing the contract:
The production scope of the products listed in the 1. belongs to the normal products of our factory, and the supply and demand sides can sign the supply contract according to the relevant economic provisions of the state. For special products required by users, specific technical requirements may be put forward, and the contract shall be signed by both parties according to their specific conditions and after consultation. Belongs to the new product part, can be handled according to the relevant provisions of the state.
When the 2. signs the contract, please fill in the name of the ordering unit, receiving unit, payment unit, correspondence address (including the province, city, district, county, street, number), telephone, telegraph, telecommunications, postal code, opening bank, account number and representative. When the 3. signs the contract, please fill in the required product name, model, specification, supply quantity and packaging method according to the standard of the ordered product.
