Ordering
In order to establish a good relationship between supply and demand, protect the common economic interests of both parties, better perform the contractual obligations, and provide services to the demander, all the demander units should pay attention to the following matters and cooperate closely when signing the contract:
1、 The production scope of the products listed are all normal products of our factory. The supplier and the demander can sign the supply contract according to the relevant economic provisions of the state. Specific technical requirements can be put forward for special products required by users, and the supplier and Demander shall sign the contract according to their specific conditions after negotiation and confirmation. If it belongs to new products, it can be handled according to relevant national regulations.
2、 When signing the contract, please fill in the name of ordering unit, receiving unit, paying unit, correspondence address (including Province, city, District, county, street, number), telephone, telegram, telecommunication, postal code, opening bank, account number and representative. Do not omit.
3、 When signing the contract, please fill in the required product name, model, specification, supply quantity and packing method according to the ordered product standard.
4、 The supply contract shall come into force only after the supplier has prepared the contract number, signed the delivery date and stamped the official seal (special seal for contract) by both parties.
5、 Product certificate, domestic products are with the goods (nailed to the wooden plate or tied to the product) please pay attention to the receiving unit to keep.
6、 A contract should have the same account number, the same consignee and the same arrival station. Once the contract is signed, it will not be split and distributed.
7、 The product is delivered according to ± 5% tolerance, so please consider when ordering.
8、 Please clarify the nature of the task when ordering. Such as export, complete set, XX supporting, XX project, direct supply, technical measures and maintenance, etc. If the contract is a key task, the corresponding documents shall be issued according to the national project schedule, so as to arrange the production.
9、 The contract shall have legal effect immediately after it is signed, and the supplier and Demander shall implement it in accordance with the economic contract law of the people's Republic of China and relevant laws, regulations and documents.
