Product Description
Low Voltage(0.6/1KV) Power Cable-YJLV
Aluminum core cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed power cable adopts high-purity aluminum core, which has excellent conductivity, light weight, economic and environmental protection. The working temperature is the highest rated working temperature of the conductor, 90℃; the maximum temperature of the short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250℃, and the longest time shall not exceed 5 seconds; the installation and laying temperature is not less than 0℃; the laying temperature in the air is 40℃; the laying temperature in the soil is 25℃.
YJLV Aluminum Power Cable Application
YJLV aluminum cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable is designed for use in industrial facilities and urban network distribution with a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV. It is suitable for installation underground, in water, in cable ducts, in power stations, outdoors, indoors, in industrial and distribution boards, and in user networks where there is no mechanical damage.
YJLV Aluminum Power Cable Standards:
IIEC 60228 Conductors of Insulate Cables
IEC 60502-1 Power Cables with Extruded Insulation and Their Accessories for Rated Voltages from 1kV(Um=1.2kV) up to 30kV(Um=36kV) - Part 1: Cables for Rated Voltages of 1kV (Um=1.2kV) and 3kV(Um=3.6kV)
Feature
High Conductivity: Manufactured with high-purity aluminum, our Aluminum Conductor Power Cable offers excellent electrical performance with minimal energy loss.
Lightweight & Cost-Effective: Its low weight simplifies handling and installation, reducing overall project costs.
Robust Insulation: Options such as XLPE and PVC insulation provide thermal resistance and protection against environmental stress.
Mechanical Strength: Engineered to minimize expansion and contraction, ensuring stability in various conditions.
Corrosion Resistance: Designed to resist oxidation and corrosion, extending the cable's service life.
Advantage
Superior Conductivity: Copper allows electrical current to flow with minimal resistance and energy loss.
Enhanced Flexibility: Its greater pliability makes installation easier and more versatile.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Copper generally withstands corrosion better than aluminum, contributing to a longer lifespan.
High Tensile Strength: It is robust and less likely to break or crack during installation, particularly when maneuvered through confined spaces.
