Features

Conductor Material: High-purity copper ensures excellent conductivity and minimal energy loss. Available in stranded configurations for flexibility.

Insulation: Options include XLPE for high thermal resistance and PVC for chemical resistance and flexibility.

Armor Protection: Reinforced with steel tape or wire (STA/SWA) to protect against mechanical damage and rodent attacks.

Voltage Rating & Temperature Resistance: Suitable for voltages ranging from 0.6/1 kV to 35 kV and operating efficiently in temperatures from -15°C to +90°C.

Compliance: Meets international standards such as IEC 60502, BS 6622, and NFC 33226 for quality and safety. This robust design by our Copper Conductor Power Cable 

Physical property:

Maximum operating temperature of conductor:

70℃ (PVC insulation), 90℃ (XLPE insulation)

Minimum operating temperature:

-5℃ (PVC or LSZH sheath), -20℃ (PE sheath)

Short-circuit temperature (no more than 5 seconds) :

140℃-160℃ (PVC insulation), 250℃ (XLPE insulation)
