Product Description
Mineral insulated cable (MI cable) is a cable with a copper conductor core wrapped in a copper sheath and magnesium oxide powder as an inorganic insulating material to isolate the conductor and sheath. The mineral cable can become MICC cable (Mineral Insulated Copper Clad Cable) or MI cable (Mineral Insulated Cable).
1.Cable conductor: it is made up of stranded copper wires, with favorable flexural property.
2.Insulation layer: it adopts high-temperature resistant inorganic insulating materials
3.Copper sheath: copper materials, through special machining, with favorable flexural property, used as PE wire.
4.Outer sheath: it is made of plastic materials of low-smoke non-toxicity, with favorable corrosion protection

Product Features
①No breakdown after energizing for 180min under flame at 950℃(C)
②After 15min under the flame of 650℃, it will not break down after 15min of water spraying (W)
③Withstand 15min percussion vibration without breakdown under 950℃ flame (Z)
Without intermediate joint
Mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables can be produced in fixed lengths according to user requirements, without intermediate joints, reducing joint costs and improving cable stability.
Flexibility
Mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables use stranded conductors, and the sheath is made of non-metallic materials, making the cable more flexible and lighter in weight.
Anti-rat and Ant
Mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables have no joints due to continuous production, which can effectively prevent rats and ants from damaging the cables.
Wide coverage
The length of mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables can be delivered as a whole without joints according to user needs, which can almost cover the types of cables of various specifications such as power cables and control cables.
Easy to install
Due to the combination of mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables and traditional cable production technology, the installation and laying of cables is more convenient
Low line loss, high current carrying capacity
Compared with cables of the same cross-section, mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables transmit higher current than other types of cables and can withstand considerable overload. If the rated current is the same, the line loss is smaller than other cables.
Application: Mineral insulated cables have been widely used in high-rise buildings, petrochemical industries, airports, tunnels, ships, offshore oil platforms, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy, shopping centers, parking lots and other places.
