XLPE Insulated Flame Retardant Mining Power Cable
XLPE insulated power cables for coal mines (MYJV series) are high-performance power transmission cables designed for the coal mining industry. Using cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, it has excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for long-term reliable operation of power systems in mines, power plants and other industrial applications. This series of cables meets strict national and industry standards, such as MT818.13 and MT386, and can provide safe and stable power transmission in high temperature and harsh environments.

Application :
1.It is used in coal mines to transport electrical energy, supply lighting equipment, transportation equipment, ventilation systems and drainage pumps and other equipment.
2.t is used in metal mines to transmit electricity, supply control systems, drive mechanical equipment and robots, etc.
3.Used in tunneling projects to supply power and control systems.
4.Mining cables are used to connect and power various mechanical equipment in mines, such as mining machines, crushers, transportation equipment, lifting equipment, etc.
Use characteristics:
Rated voltage, Uo/U(Um): 3.6/6(7.2)kV, 6/6(7.2kV), 6/10(12)kV, 8.7/10kV(12kV)
Maximum continuous conductor operating temperature: 90℃
Maximum conductor short circuit temperature: 250℃ (maximum duration 5Sec.)
Minimum installation ambient temperature: 0℃
Minimum bending radius for installation: 15xO.D.

Product structure :
1. D.C.resistance of conductor shall comply with GB/T3956.
2. Cables with rated voltage above 3.6kV shall be applied for parital discharge test,the magnitude of the discharge at 1.5U0 shall not exceed 40pC.
3. Cables with rated voltage up to 3.6kV shall withstand 2.5U0+2kV voltage test; cables with rated voltage above 3.6kV shall with stand 2.5U +2kV voltage test; cables with rated voltage above 3.6kV shall withstand 2.5U0 voltage test.
4.Flame-relardance performance: confom to MT386.
